📄 PDF training program with exercise tutorial videos and progress tracking sheets to help you follow and monitor your workouts

*🔄 The program can be continued for longer than 4 weeks by progressively increasing weights, reps, or exercise difficulty over time. However, I generally recommend updating the program after 4 to 6 weeks to help prevent boredom, plateaus, and overuse injuries.*
