Not sure where to start in the gym? I have created an exercise library that includes the main machines found in most commercial gyms, with step by step tutorials and technique tips to help you train safely and effectively.

I have also included a beginner friendly 2 day machine only program to help you build confidence, structure, and consistency, plus a progression into a 3 day training plan that introduces free weights alongside machines as you become more comfortable.
