What to expect from me as your Personal Trainer

This is an in-person service where you’ll see me weekly for a personal training session.

Personal Training

📅 Initial consultation: $120

Includes a 45-minute fitness consultation, body composition assessment, full program setup, and training app setup.

🌟 Personal training sessions are 45 minutes long at $95 per session.

Sometimes you might need a little extra attention and that’s where my nutrition coaching comes in.

Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
(12-week commitment)

📅 $60 per week, or pay upfront for 12 weeks and get 1 week free ($660 total)

🌟 The first 45-minute PT session each week is $60.

Additional 45-minute PT sessions are $90 per session.

Coaching Terms

Session Rates:

  • Each 45-minute personal training session: $95

  • Each 30-minute personal training session: $80

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made within 10 hours of your session will be charged 50% of the session rate.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • The same cancellation policy applies to me as your coach — your time is just as valuable.

Discontinuing Training:

  • If you decide to stop personal training, I kindly ask for 2 weeks’ notice.
