What to expect from me as your Personal Trainer

This is an in-person service where you’ll see me weekly for a personal training session.

Personalized Approach

Pricing

📅 Initial consultation: $120

A 60-minute fitness consultation, body composition assessment, and full program and training app setup.

🌟 1 x 45-minute PT session a week: $90

🌟 1 x 30-minute PT session a week: $80

Sometimes you might need a little extra attention—and that’s where my nutrition and lifestyle coaching comes in.

You’ve got two ways to add nutrition coaching to your training:

1️⃣ Nutrition Consultation – a single 45-minute session. You can use it instead of a PT session or book it as an extra. Great if you want quick answers, a plan, or help breaking through a plateau.

2️⃣ Ongoing Nutrition Coaching – regular support with extra check-ins and guidance. This is for when you want more accountability and closer attention week to week.

1️⃣Nutrition Consultations – $90


As part of your 1:1 personal training, you have the option to substitute a training session for a nutrition consultation. This 45-minute session is designed to give you clarity and direction with your nutrition so you know exactly what to do and how to improve.

Consultations can cover meal planning, goal adjustments, overcoming progress plateaus, and supplement recommendations. Each session is designed to ensure you know exactly what to do moving forward.

Each consultation includes:

2️⃣ Ongoing Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching is available as an additional service for $39 per week and can be tailored to various goals such as:

  • Sports performance

  • Fat loss or muscle gain

  • Improving biomarkers and overall health

  • Enhancing your relationship with food

This service is flexible—you can commit for a short term (e.g., 8 weeks to lose holiday weight) or opt for longer-term support (e.g., improving health, or performance during the footy season). Payments are made weekly, and you’ll receive:

  • Extra attention and check-ins

  • Personalized nutrition guidance

Coaching Terms

Session Rates:

  • Each 45-minute personal training session: $90

  • Each 30-minute personal training session: $80

  • For two or more sessions per week:

    • 45-minute sessions are $90 each.

    • 30-minute sessions are $80 each.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made within 10 hours of your session will be charged 50% of the session rate.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • The same cancellation policy applies to me as your coach — your time is just as valuable.

Discontinuing Training:

  • If you decide to stop personal training, I kindly ask for 2 weeks’ notice.
